Arizona Department of Public Safety arrests Phoenix man suspected in I-10 road rage shooting Amaris Encinas, Arizona Republic © The Republic Shooting A Phoenix man was arrested on July 1 for his suspected involvement in an apparent road rage shooting on Interstate 10 near 43rd Avenue in April, according to a release from the Arizona Department of Public Safety.  The man was identified by DPS detectives as 30-year-old Quinten F. Davis after weeks of investigation.  Authorities responded to a 911 call for gunshots fired at about 2 p.m. on April 10 on eastbound I-10 at milepost 141 in Phoenix, according to court documents.  Davis was seen by another driver traveling erratically as he headed east on I-10 in a white Kia Optima. He cut across multiple lanes of traffic and the gore point before cutting off the other vehicle, nearly causing a collision, according to DPS.
