CNA file photo Taipei, Dec. 21 (CNA) Consular services at the Republic of China (Taiwan) Embassy in Paraguay remain unchanged after one member of staff was confirmed as having contracted COVID-19, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs said on Monday. The embassy employee tested positive for the coronavirus after displaying mild cold symptoms, the ministry said in a statement, adding that COVID-19 tests have been arranged for everyone who came into contact with the individual, who is currently isolated at home and in a stable condition. Under Paraguay s epidemic control regulations, everyone who came into contact with the individual has been asked to self-isolate and work from home, while the remaining staff will work in separate offices and wear surgical face masks at all times, the ministry said.
