women are the krimt toe night to this administration. they are terrified of black women. whenever a black woman says something about this administration, they re quaking in their boots. i also have a problem with espn by reprimanding. they just brought back hank williams to monday night football. it s not just right. i just want to say they also parted ways with kurt shilg when he right. over essentially offensive right wing political opinions that he expressed in a nonespn capacity where they basically said we re going to part ways with you because of the content of what you said. right. here is the difference, though, chris. where did she lie? i mean, nothing as you mentioned, it s standard, lots of people say this about the president. now, she didn t say that she didn t lie about him.
exactly. and chris, here is the catch. there s a silliness here about, well, we re making a business decision because we don t want to offend sports fans. you re offending just as many by reprimanding here. that s my point. if you re espn you re damned if you do, damned if you don t because this is the way the works right now. nu don t stand for something you ll fall for anything. take a stance on the side of the truth. history is judging and will judge who said what in this moment. and there s a way that we keep letting white racists off the hook because no one wants to offend them. look, if there s anything that we shouldn t equivalent indicate about it s white supremacy. thank you so much for that. that is all for this evening. remember to tune in on friday in my interview with at that that haes coats. tomorrow night hillary clinton joins rachel maddow live. so this is live in studio, which
kaepernick is the biggest story in the nfl right now and there s nowhere to run to and nowhere to hide when the culture war comes calling. exactly. and chris, here is the catch. there s a silliness here about, well, we re making a business decision because we don t want to offend sports fans. you re offending just as many by reprimanding here. that s my point. if you re espn you re damned if you do, damned if you don t because this is the way the works right now. nu don t stand for something you ll fall for anything. take a stance on the side of the truth. history is judging and will judge who said what in this moment. and there s a way that we keep letting white racists off the hook because no one wants to offend them. look, if there s anything that we shouldn t equivalent indicate about it s white supremacy. thank you so much for that. that is all for this evening. remember to tune in on friday in my interview with at that that
the conservative media. and that s developed over the span of the last 30 years. hit me with another one. no one will state the obvious, scaramucci drunk dialed @ryanlizza. there. i m momentarily speechless, i cannot fathom calling a reporter and using the kind i m not holier than thou. you should hear me during commercial breaks. but to call a reporter, one that the right would be quick to tell you is associated with a liberal new york publication, and to use the kind of language with that individual, without some clear understanding that it s off the record about your co-workers? i just think that the bigger story from the whole scaramucci situation is the fact that there was no public reprimanding of scaramucci. and the guy, one of the two guys he hammered with the expletives
reprimanding nato at a moment when many were hoping that the president could show a different disposition toward international alliances. so, the biggest accomplishment is not to make a mistake. and i don t think that s a hugely successful overseas trip. so jay, how do you see many of these leaders interpreting or seeing donald trump on this trip? well, fred, i think it depends on what area you re looking at. for saudi arabia and israel, they came away pretty happy with donald trump s pivot away from iran, which was really the goal of both of those countries. but certainly for europe, nato and those countries, it was not the donald trump they were hoping for and this is something that he s really gone back and forth on. you ll remember during the republican national convention he first came out with his opposition to nato saying he wasn t sure he could be committed to it and in a new york times article or interview and since then during his
