Despite the riveting video footage that moved senators from both sides of the aisle, many GOP senators are simply not moved enough to convict former President Trump.
Marco Rubio, a Republican from Florida, would only say Trump bears “some responsibility” for what happened on Jan. 6.
Pressed on whether Trump bears primary responsibility, Rubio said the “primary responsibility are the people that actually did it,” adding, “That s not the question before us the vote we re having is whether we should remove someone from office someone who s no longer in office.”

With a closer look at the state of jobs in Wisconsin, the Wisconsin Manufacturers & Commerce hosted two Wisconsin congressman on Wednesday.
First, 3rd district Congressman Ron Kind talked about the need to rebuild the state’s infrastructure and at the same time create more jobs.
Kind says, “First and foremost, infrastructure -long past due to rebuild Wisconsin, rebuild America the way it should be a long with the good paying jobs that would come from that.”
uniform, we have our hands full dealing with the problems abroad posed by isis, iran, north korea, china, russia. for too long, because of cynical decisions made by career politicians in d.c., we held troops hostage for sake of other priorities. just when we have this small victory, we can t take resources away from the men and women in uniform who desperately need them. we re just beginning to claim out from this massive hole. it s north of $700 billion. it s not small. i understand what you re saying timing of it and the kind of points that have happened and the recent history with spending for the military and cuts. i totally get it. i want to thank you representative gallagher. we managed to muscle through it. i appreciate your time. we ll see what the president does on this. thank you. we ll see what the white house says about that. we are waiting that press
