Dane Appalsammy, 52, was discovered dead early Sunday morning on a sidewalk near the Phoenix VII Vacation Rental Condominiums where he was staying. Police responded to the condos after receiving a report of a man falling from the complex. Appalsammy was employed as information systems vice president with Middle Tennessee Electric at the time of his arrest.
