Construction Company based in Los Angeles, California is seeking for an energetic and highly detail oriented Superintendent.
Individual must be able to work in a highly fast paced environment as well as manage and follow through construction projects.
Qualifications/Requirements:
- Please list detail experience on Resume
- Public & Private
- Reference must be verifiable.
· Performs other daily tasks/chores assigned.
· Coordinates with subcontractors and vendors.
· Desires to work in a team environment.
· Ability to multi-task in a high volume, fast-paced work environment
· Strong work ethic and a can do attitude.
· Major in Construction Related Field preferred.
Accounting/Bookkeeping

Support sales, operational, and financial reporting duties
Managing all invoices and making payments in a timely manner
Maintaining our filing system and documents accurately
Reconcile credit card statements for all company credit cards
Monthly Bank reconciliation
(Experience/ Knowledge with wholesale distributor standard operating procedures is a plus)
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
• Working independently with minimal supervision and guidance
• Flexibility in adapting to changes in company needs and projects
• Proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel, etc.)
• High standards for accuracy, attention to detail, and organization
