Elanders AB: Report from the Annual General Meeting 2021
Due to the corona pandemic and to limit the risk for spreading the virus, Elanders AB (publ) held the Annual General Meeting electronically and by virtue of the temporary law applicable during 2021. The shareholders could only exercise their voting rights by attending remotely or by postal voting before the meeting.
The Annual General Meeting, led by Chairman of the Board Carl Bennet, decided to:
adopt the annual accounts for 2020
discharge the members of the Board and the Chief Executive Officer from liability for the financial year 2020
according to the proposal in the summons, distribute a dividend of SEK 3.10 per share for 2020. The record date for the dividend is proposed to be 30 April 2021 and it is expected that the dividend will be disbursed by Euroclear Sweden AB on 2 May 2021.

Today, Elanders signed a contract to acquire 70 per cent of the shares in ReuseIT Sweden AB and ReuseIT Finance AB (”ReuseIT”). ReuseIT is a fast-growing company that in 2020 had net sales of nearly MSEK 70 with good profitability. They specialize in purchasing, securely wiping, refurbishing, selling and leasing used IT products. The acquisition makes Elanders a leading actor on the Swedish market. At the same time, it is part of a bigger strategic effort concerning sustainable services on a global level.
With the acquisition of ReuseIT and the previous acquisition of Azalea Global IT AB, Elanders offers new and existing customers one of the market’s strongest offers within Renewed Tech. Elanders strengthens its sustainability work by appointing a Sustainability Director
Elanders Group has recruited Nathalie Bödtker-Lund, currently head of operations at WIN WIN Gothenburg Sustainability Award, for the position of Sustainability Director. The recruitment signals an increased focus when it comes to sustainability issues and adds more force to Elanders efforts in developing sustainable services within Life Cycle Management and circular economy.
Sustainability Director is a newly established role and a logical step as sustainability is now an integrated part of Elanders business model, according to Magnus Nilsson, president and CEO of Elanders.
