Months is what about the municipal Greenhouse Gas emissions reductions. Weve actually been tracking that data since the mid since, well, probably started 6 years ago, 8 years ago, started tracking that data. So, we havent been able to bring down the municipal usage at the same amount because weve had more time to run on the Community Wide data. So, just a little bit of a context on the data piece of this is that this report uses 2010 data. And you might be thinking this is 2014. Why are we using 2010 data . We collect data on the Community Wide basis about every two years because it takes a lot of effort to do it. And it takes a long time. For example, a pg e representative just told me the other day that they still had not completed the coefficient of Greenhouse Gas emissions verified and approved for the 2012 data. So, even if we tried to collect the 20 2012 data today, we would not be able to. We would have the data this summer and go to thirdparty verification and go you through th

We also discussed terms of offer that will be negotiated and vetted by the Personnel Committee. The items that are the terms of the agreement well talk about will include goal setting, review process, a sixmonth and 12month review process, a review of other departments to check in on how the candidate or the new executive director will be performing involving an executive coach, and also using the standard employment verification moving forward. And we expect to have a Personnel Committee next tuesday on the 17th to fully vet those items. And the chair will be working on negotiating those terms of agreement.
