JWB Real Estate Capital LLC submitted new conceptual images to the city of its proposed multifamily residential buildings for College Park, the former Town & Country Shopping Center in Arlington. The Jacksonville-based developer filed the renderings and site plan April 7 with City Council legislation requesting to rezone the property at 903 University Blvd. to Planned Unit Development. The site is zoned Commercial Community General-1 and General 2 District. The images show two, three-floor residential structures with a total 24,000-square-foot building footprint and 90 units. The two buildings would roughly have a combined 72,000 square feet. The center is at northeast University Boulevard and the Arlington Expressway. Built in 1953, it comprises about 200,000 square feet of space on 19 acres.
