Federal prosecutors are expanding an ongoing federal fraud case against Sunnyvale lab company Arrayit and its president Mark Schena, who is already accused of falsely administering faulty coronavirus tests and bundling them with unnecessary allergy tests all while lying to investors.
The additional charges include conspiracy to commit healthcare and wire fraud as well as securities fraud, along with accusing Schena of paying illegal kickbacks. Arrayit’s Vice President of Marketing Paul Haje and Marc Jablonski, described by the U.S. Attorney’s Office in San Francisco as the president of an Arizona-based marketing organization, are also now facing criminal charges.
