Bradley James Hunter Prosecutor Sergeant Marcus Hahn told Sarina Magistrates Court earlier this month that Bradley James Hunter s saliva tested positive for a chemical compound found in marijuana. Sgt Hahn said police had intercepted Hunter driving along Range Rd at Sarina just after 11pm on October 24 this year. Magistrate Bronwyn Hartigan reminded Hunter that he faced court only two months prior for a similar offence to which he replied, Would you prefer that I drink alcohol? Hunter pleaded guilty to one count of driving with relevant drug in the saliva while on a probationary licence. He was fined $550, disqualified from driving for four months and a conviction was recorded.
