for a while, we ve heard the term bidenomics and sort of a pejorative way. we ve seen conservative writers use that term to talk about the economy and issues of the economy. but president biden and his advisers feel like he hasn t gotten enough credit here. even though people might have seen rising costs at the gas pump or in the grocery stores, what wasn t being talked is maybe the jobs report or the fact that inflation has cooled. so they re really trying to turn things around. the washington post put it so well when they said bidenomics is really in the eye of the beholder. right now i think that is going to be a tough sell for biden, especially as garrett was saying about like 33% of americans feel that biden is handling this issue well that is lower than his own approval ratings. it s something that i think even though he s going to be talking about and his team will be bringing out on the trail and trying to remarket bidenomics,
the president touted his administration s accomplishments and efforts to turn the economy around or bidenomics as the white house is now calling it. bidenomics is about building an economy from the middle out and the bottom up, not the top down. first, making smart investments in america. second, educating and empowering american workers to grow the middle class and third, pro promoting competition to help smaller businesses. more than half of voters disapprove of the president s handling of the economy. only 20% of voters say his economic policies are beneficial to them. president biden argues folks just need to have a little more patience for things to improve. all of those major legislations to be passed, people go that s great. it takes time to get it out in the field. takes time for them to see it. i m not here to declare victory. i m here to say we have a plan
