Subscriber only Developers and investors will be handed a golden opportunity as Sunshine Coast Council seeks to offload a vacant block in the heart of Maroochydore. CBRE Sunshine Coast s Rem Rafter and Brendan Robins are marketing a parcel of land on the corner of Plaza Parade, Evans Street and Millwell Road East which is set to prick the ears of industry. The 2ha site located in the principal centre zone can be developed up to a height of 25m, leaving it primed for mixed-use retail, a resort, residential apartments, an office block and more.
The lots comprise of one 40.47ha property currently operating as a strawberry farm, complete with underground water supply and dams.
