With three REIT listings in India, the door has been opened for more potential REIT listings from FY22E onwards. With India having 491msf of occupied Grade A office stock as of March 2021 and global institutional investors continuing to invest in annuity assets, ICICI expects more REIT listings over the next 2-3 years.
