Milton planners to meet Feb. 16
Milton Planning and Zoning Commission will meet at 6:30 p.m., Tuesday, Feb. 16, at Grace Church, to discuss and possibly vote on a special permitted use for a cellphone tower at the town’s public works lot on Front Street. Applicant Cellco Partnership is requesting the special use to put up a 140-foot tower at 210 Front St. The special permitted use is required because the tower would be located in an R-1 residential zoning district. The committee will also discuss and review a possible advisory report on a proposed amendment to the zoning code on the discontinuance of a nonconforming use.
