Two days ago the Trump Administration announced a series of regulatory changes designed to partially roll back the Obama Administrations strategy of maximizing engagement with the people of cuba and a few months from now, cuba will undergo a historic leadership transitioning with a morebund economy and demographic challenges and a relationship with the United States rapidly deteriorating as President Trumps attacks on diplomates.
