7月2日，重庆市市场监管局消息，重庆出台全国首个社区团购合规指南 《重庆市网络社区团购合规经营指南》（以下简称《指南》），以此促进社区团购规范健康持续发展，保护消费者合法权益。
网络社区团购与民生密切相关，经营中的乱象不仅会干扰实体经济的正常运营，也会侵害消费者合法权益。2021年以来，重庆市12315热线和平台共登记处理涉及社区团购相关投诉举报207件，其中投诉169件，举报38件。
“在加大对违法行为查处力度的同时，探索加强对社区团购的长效监管机制十分必要。”重庆市市场监管局相关负责人介绍，该《指南》在全国属于首个，对规范社区团购乱象可起到良好的示范和导向作用。
