The recent arrest was made during a buy-bust operation in Barangay Kauswagan here on Sunday dawn. The police identified the suspect as Glenn Catli, 29 of Sitio Calaanan, Barangay Canitoan. Undercover agents bought a sachet of alleged shabu from the suspect using a PHP1,000 marked money.
