PRO-7 chief Roque Eduard Vega identified the suspect as Eleonor Tagra Quistadio, also known as "Madam Aya", of St. Christine, Lianga town of Surigao del Sur. Rosales, a resident of Barangay Sudlon 1, Cebu City, was cornered by operatives of the Lapu-Lapu City Police Office’s Intelligence Unit and Drug Enforcement Unit past 10 a.m. along Transcentral Highway in Barangay Babag 2, Lapu-Lapu.
Police said Rosales was “listed as regional top 10 priority.”
Police among the items seized from the man was a black pack containing five packs of suspected shabu.
