+ December 19, 2020 THE Baguio City Police Office is set to file a case against two police officers of the defunct Regional Drug Enforcement Unit (RDEU), following the alleged kidnap-slay of an individual whose headless body was found in Tublay in November.
Although police have yet to reveal the identity of the two police officers amid pressures from netizens, Police Regional Office–Cordillera (PRO-COR) Regional Director R’win Pagkalinawan said they do not condone nor tolerate any wrongdoing of any police officer.
Pagkalinawan said despite this incident, PRO-COR policemen and women remain committed to delivering the best public service to the people of the Cordilleras and steadfast in their pledge of being the protectors of citizens.
