explain that. yes, one year. essentially what that means is you need to move quickly. basically the v.a. will come back a reason it was denied. it may not have had enough documentation. they may need more evidence of what is problem is and you need to provide that documentation. you just can t go back and say, you re wrong. you have to go back and clarify what it is that s missing. that would be the final step, to get your appeal through. you also have to fillut the application online or by contacting a v.a. regional office. sounds pretty simple. but i have a sneaking suspicion it s not always simple. yes. none of this is simple. you re still dealing with the veterans administration. i would also recommend to people if they re having problems with their local office or they feel there s a lack of trust, you have other options. you can go to the federal tort claims act. it allows you to file a claim. it has to be within two years of the malpractice disability or death. and you hav
