NW Regional Council : Pioneer Programme Budget Adopted The FCFA 3 billion to be funded by Decentralization Fund and some non-State partners prioritizes peace building efforts, setting up of Regional Council etc. The violation of some principles raised by Regional Councillors did not stop the adoption of FCFA 3 billion as the Pioneer Programme budget of the Regional Council on June 2, 2021.
