An earthquake of magnitude 4.7 occurred 39 minutes ago 86 km east of Huanuco, Peru, the United States Geological Survey reported.
The quake hit at a moderately shallow depth of 43.8 km beneath the epicenter near Huanuco, Provincia de Huánuco, Region de Huanuco, Peru, in the morning on Monday 10 May 2021 at 10:36 am local time. Magnitude and other quake parameters can still change in the coming hours as the agency continues to process seismic data.
