台灣晶圓產能 21.4% 全球第一，五年內無人可超越
市調機構 IC Insights 近日發表「2021-2025 年全球晶圓產能報告」，指出中國近來雖然積極扶植半導體產業，但在全球晶圓產能上，台灣仍勇奪首位，以 21.4% 位居第一；其次是南韓的 20.4%，預計到 2025 年台灣仍將是晶圓產能最大的地區。
報告表示，截至 2020 年 12 月，台灣在全球晶圓產能達 21.4%，領先全球，南韓則緊追其後，以 20.4% 位居第二。台灣是 8 吋晶圓的產能主導市場，南韓則是在 12 吋晶圓產能排名第一，台灣緊追其後；而三星和 SK 海力士仍積極擴大其在南韓的工廠，因應 DRAM 和 NAND 記憶體需求。
