Regent Holidays has increased its range of Iceland options as it tips the destination to feature on the government’s ‘green list’ of destinations.
A new guided tour of Geldingadalur Volcano, which erupted in March and continues to emit fresh lava, can be added to Regents Iceland packages for £65.
The operator has also added a whale watching tour on an electrically-powered boat, which it says is the only silent boat offering tours in the country.
The tour can be included as part of a seven-day Iceland Arctic Coastway fly-drive, which starts from £1,395 per person including flights, six nights’ B&B accommodation and car hire.
