The Aquinnah Dump and Refuse District announced it will be closed on Sunday, June 19, in observance of Juneteenth. Normal operating hours on Sundays are from 10 am to 4 pm. Juneteenth joins various other federal holidays when the dump is closed, which are New Year’s Day, 4th of July, Thanksgiving, Easter, Veteran’s Day, and Christmas.
