The Triple A Diner’s East Hartford home has been sold by the second generation of the two families who founded it.
The sellers Krisfir Inc., Peppas LLC and Kritman LLC sold the property at 1209 Main St. to Rian Realty Trust for $842,500, land records show.
Dale Reese, managing director of Reese Commercial, represented the sellers.
An eco-friendly casket cooperative based in Illinois recently bought a showroom on Locust Street in Hartford where it plans to manufacture and sell its products.
The Kingstown Green Inc. Eco-Friendly Casket Cooperative of Skokie, Il., paid $495,000 for the 7,500-square-foot building at 203 Locust St., records show. Kingston Green’s principal is Edward Henderson of Skokie.
The seller was 203 Locust St. LLC, whose principals are Howard Smith and Joseph Casserino of Hartford.
