Romualdez was accompanied by his wife, Tingog Party-list Rep. Yedda Romualdez; Tacloban Mayor Alfred Romualdez and his wife, Cristina, and supporters when he formalized his reelection bid at the Leyte provincial election office. "We want to make sure that everybody is safe, everybody is healthy, and that we now restore our economy, open it back, revitalize and reinvigorate it," Romualdez told reporters.
