State, though. Last year when i took a look at the shock trauma platoon, and im going to talk to you about that one really cool thing i saw. I have a little bit of medical experience and to see they have effectively a robotic soldier that can go into defib, whose eyes can dilate, they can do pulses both radial and distal and there is a programmer who is effectively testing a battlefield soldier what to do, i found absolutely fascinating as a way to bring a real Life Experience to that individual. For me that was a fantastic tool that you have and i thought that was wonderful. This House Foreign Affairs subcommittee hearing is an hour and a half. We will now call a hearing to order. This is a very important hearing in my opinion. Some of them are not nearly as important as others. This one is extremely important because greg and i, the Ranking Member, we are all concerned about the influence of iran in the entire region, also in the gulf region. So today we are here to discuss the expanding influence in the south caucasus, but were also talking about, i intend to talk about some of the problems in the Persian Gulf Region because thats a vital interest to us. The straits of hormuz, persian gulf, or the swiss canal are blocked in any way they could have devastating impact on the United States because we still get a large part of our energy from the region. I traveled to azerbaijan an armenian in early september. And i also stopped in georgia and met with the president. When i talked to these leaders, iran was one of the things that came up at the very beginnin

M. The chair recognizes the gentleman from illinois, mr. Quigley, for five minutes. Mr. Quigley thank you, mr. Speaker. Mr. Speaker, this body has attempted to repeal the Health Care Law 41 times. E this is this is being leveraged in the current budget fight. I want to take a few minutes to remind people why we passed the Health Reform law in the first place. Lets remember the situation before obamacare became law. Clearly, the status quo was not sustainable. The number one cause of personal bankruptcy in the United States was medical costs and
