We have dramatic cell phone video from a neighbor that shows the flaming shooting out of the windows on the second floor as well as coming out of the ground floor quarters of this home. So i want to time out this heavy rain that yellow cell you see moving to the north and to the east, so about 6 04 moving into daly city, 6 23 around emeryville and 6 30 richmond and after 6 30, around 6 38 expect this downpour to move into your neighborhood. With the heavy rain were tracking a flood advisory in effect for the entire region. The big threat is that ponding on roadways this evening thanks to heavy rain moving on shore. Could lead to more hydroplaning. Be careful out there this evening. A moderate storm were tracking brief downpours, also the gusty winds that could lead to possible Power Outages. For the valley. Felton highway, back into santa cruz. That will the focus of the heaviest rain out of this second system. Also a Flash Flood Warning for petaluma, sonoma, 116 and highway 37 until 12 45, i think. 12 30, somewhere in there. Not much to the north. The focus has been about marin county south. Santa cruz is getting hammered by this. The first wave went through. Here comes the second one over highway 9, highway 17. Im sure raining to beat the band, as they say. Good rain across marin county and over towards berglyand stretching out to parts of the east bay. Not as heavy to the north. The first system was focused up north. Now the second one is down to the south. Heavy rain over the pass. Now it looks over the snow grade. The heaviest has moved off to the valley. Hit and miss. Redwood city, back over to the East San Jose foothills and right into the Santa Cruz Mountains. One cell went through Santa Cruz Mountains and over towards morgan hill and gilroy. This is heavy on the s
