A group of global semiconductor firms including Qualcomm, NXP Semiconductors, Nordic Semiconductor, Robert Bosch and Infineon Technologies has joined forces.
ARM is reportedly in talks with Intel and NVIDIA to get them on board as anchor investors ahead of its IPO at the New York Stock Exchange, which is scheduled for later this year.
