While razor-thin margins and a competitive market forced some restaurateurs to shutter their businesses in 2023, others were putting the final touch on their business plans.
The new food cart pod, called the Redmond Food Park, will offer a diverse array of cuisines, including, Mexican, Asian and Mediterranean foods, Philly cheese steaks, a fish and chips truck, boba, coffee, and ice cream. The new food cart pod, located at 122 SW 5th Street, will have a capacity for eight food carts. The new owner, Hoss Talebi, expects to open the pod the first week of January, and hopes it will be a new gathering place for friends and families in Redmond.
