Redmond Chamber Banquet Tickets Available
The Redmond Chamber of Commerce will recognize the work and accomplishments of people, businesses, volunteers and sponsors in the Redmond area at their annual event scheduled June 11 at the Deschutes County Fair & Expo Center. As an annual meeting of members and stakeholders, it is also the Redmond Chamber’s opportunity to celebrate last year’s accomplishments while looking forward to the goals for 2021.
“This is our opportunity to thank our members and the community at large for an outstanding year,” said Eric Sande, Redmond Chamber of Commerce & CVB Executive Director. “The Redmond area is known for its wonderful citizens, and its entrepreneurial and innovative spirit. Redmond’s Northern Lights return in new spot for St. Patrick’s Day
REDMOND, Ore. (KTVZ) In association with Lay it Out Events, Visit Central Oregon and Travel Oregon, the Redmond Chamber of Commerce & CVB is proud to present the First Annual St. Patrick s Day Showing of the Redmond Northern Lights Event, running March 5-6 and 12-14 from 6:30-9 p.m. on the front façade of Grace & Hammer Pizzeria.
The Redmond Northern Lights is a brand-new seasonal multimedia experience that will be projected on the façade of Grace and Hammer Pizzeria, on the corner of 7th and Cascade in downtown Redmond.

In association with Lay it Out Events, Visit Central Oregon, and Travel Oregon, the Redmond Chamber of Commerce & CVB is proud to present the 1st Annual Valentines Showing of the Redmond Northern Lights Event starting February 5th & 6th from dusk until around 9:30, and continuing from the 12th-14th.
The Redmond Northern Lights is a brand new seasonal multimedia experience that will be projected on the center facade of Redmond’s City Hall. Including original, fun, and family friendly animation that interacts with the building’s facade, this light show experience is the perfect way to remain COVID safe while still celebrating Valentines Day!
After 17 years at the Tower Theater, Mountainfilm on Tour-Bend will be a virtual two-weekend event this
year that can be experienced from the comfort of home. Mountainfilm on Tour showcases a selection of
culturally rich, adventure-packed documentary films curated from the annual Mountainfilm festival held in
Telluride, Colorado.
Proceeds from the event will benefit The Environmental Center, a local non-profit that serves as a regional
hub for environmental education, engagement, and action.

On Tuesday, January 26, 2021 at approximately 7:37 P.M., Oregon State Police Troopers were called to the northbound French Prairie rest area on Interstate 5 in Clackamas County.
A male was discovered deceased inside a parked vehicle. The manner of his death is being treated as suspicious, and investigators are actively examining the circumstances surrounding his death.
