If you see something you like, you have to move on it and you have to come in with your very best offer.
A waterfront property won t stay on the market more than a week, he said.
Sales of homes are up 27.7% in northern Wisconsin counties from this time last year, according to data from the Wisconsin Realtors Association. That s the largest regional uptick in the state.
