The Green Cafe on Christchurch Green, which faced resident opposition before being approved by Redbridge Council, has been officially opened in Wanstead.
A body was found in the search for a teenage boy, 17, last seen entering a lake at Fairlop Waters Country Park near Ilford in Redbridge, east London on July 4.
