LM Energy Launches Open Season for Extension of its Touchdown Crude Oil Gathering System in the Northern Delaware Basin

LM Energy Holdings, LLC (“LM Energy”) today announced that one of its subsidiaries, LM Touchdown Crude III, LLC (“LM Touchdown”), has launched a binding open season to obtain commitments to support the continued growth of its Touchdown Crude Oil Gathering System in the Northern Delaware Basin. The proposed extension of the system will gather crude oil from origination points in Eddy and Lea Counties, New Mexico and deliver to destination points also in Eddy and Lea Counties, New Mexico. The binding open season commenced today, April 12, 2021 at 8 a.m. Central time and is scheduled to conclude at 5 p.m. Central time on May 12, 2021.

Howard Energy Partners (HEP) today announced that it has closed on its previously announced agreement with a subsidiary of MPLX LP (NYSE: MPLX) to purchase the Javelina Facility (Javelina), located in Corpus Christi, Texas. Javelina is a treating and fractionation plant that extracts olefins, hydrogen, and natural gas liquids (NGLs) from the gas streams produced by local refineries, creating purity products that are then sold to local markets on behalf of its refiner-customers.
Javelina produces a wide range of product streams including hydrogen, ethylene, ethane, propylene, propane, mixed butane and other pentanes+ for use in the energy and petrochemical markets.
