Taipei, March 28 (CNA) The EMU1200 train used on certain Tze-Chiang Limited Express train routes over the past four decades made its final journey Monday, according to the Taiwan Railways Administration (TRA).

RAF aerial photographs taken in 1946 are helping to guide conservationists who are working to restore 19th-century parkland at a National Trust site.
The images show trees in the grounds of the 15th-century Oxburgh Hall in Norfolk, before the threatened parkland habitat was repurposed as arable farmland to help feed the nation following the Second World War.
Petition to stop closure of Stembrook Lane Shopping Arcade at Co-Innovation, Dover, during pandemic

A petition has been raised to stop the closure of a start-up businesses centre.
The Stembrook Lane Shopping Arcade, at the Co-Innovation Centre in Dover, was meant to close this August but petition organiser Charlotte Cornell says that should be delayed while there is a pandemic.

By this morning it had attracted 520 names out of a targeted 1,000 after being set up on Monday night.
Mrs Cornell told KentOnline: I think it is totally the wrong time. This is now causing emotional turmoil for the traders on top of the financial turmoil they have had from the pandemic.
