Robbed another man moments before their encounter with police. The nonshooting suspect fled towards the el station at 60th and market. He actually ran past the first individual that he had robbed and his friends who caught up with him physically subdued him until the police came and arrested him. Reporter first they would block the streets. The march organized by the inside and outside alliance. And from there they made their way to the campus, private property. But Police Standing guard, protesters would turn around. Reporter my daughters father passed away in jail. Reporter we first told you about them back in january. Her boyfriend had diabetes and epilepsy, that he didnt receive the care he needed in jail. No one deserves to be treated that way from the inside. Reporter they would march around the corner. Some seem to wave back. The group confirming two of their members were arrested. And many people going to the musical on the friday night to right there. Reporter now they are responding to those protesters. They tell us that they are the subject of the unscheduled annual inspections that they will be constantly reviewing the policies in place.
