Sammy Hagar is gearing up to celebrate Van Halen with his The Best of All Worlds tour later this year, but the Red Rocker has new music in mind as well. Hagar released his last album the conceptual "Crazy Times," recorded with his band The Circle during 2022. Now, he tells us, more new material may be coming: "I've been writing songs, unfortunately when I say unfortunately it's 'cause I'm not driven to do a record again. I lose a few hundred thousand dollars every time I make a record these days. I don't mind that, but I have to really be in a mood to go in and record.
