(Fargo, ND) The Moorhead Fire Department rescued a dog from the Red River Thursday afternoon. Authorities were told a man jumped into the river to rescue his dog. First responders found the dog clinging to the edge of broken ice in the river. The dog was rescued safely. It was later determined the man did not jump into the Red River.
