The project will still meet the requirements of the sutterkearney historic guidelines and will continue the plane of the existing street facade, the storefront at the ground level will provide the main entries into the hotel lobby and the retail, and therell also be a secondary egress to the side alley of the building, as well. Once the project is in title, well bring on things such as building designers, and well also continue working with the acoust acoustical engineers who will provide the studies.
