Henry lee joins us live from chp headquarters. This News Conference got pushed back 30 minutes or so. The spokesmen came out and said someone should be talking to us within the next half hour. Yesterday at the height of the afternoon rush hour, the shooting that injured two people, take a look at the shooting. The shooting happened at 3 30 yesterday afternoon. A man and woman were shot heading east in a honda minivan on i80 when someone in another car opened fire. Family members tell us the man was hit three times including in the head. He had to be air liftd to a hospital by helicopter. They landed on the freeway and the woman was hit in the hand and taken by ambulance to a hospital. There were many witnesses to the shooting and police say that played a key role in the case. Sky fox was overhead as police towed a silver dodge away and detained three possible suspects in the shooting. Today, bay area leaders vote on a plan that could drastically change that by 2050. Its called spare the air, cool the climate, the 270page plan with an ambitious goal to cut 1990 levels of Greenhouse Gases and smog by 80 by the year 2050. This is really an all in, everything on the table plan. Reporter the plan calls for 85 measures including tougher emissions restrictions on dairies and oil refineries. But the oil industry is fighting more regulations.
