BATLEY and Spen MP Tracy Brabin says the Covid vaccine rollout inspires hope after seeing the progress being made in her constituency. She visited the vaccination centre at the Al Hikmah Centre in Batley, to see the progress made and to thank the medical staff and volunteers who have given their time to roll out the vaccine across the borough. This vaccine centre was set up by Curo Health, the federation of North Kirklees GPs, who are staffing it. Ms Brabin said “Seeing the amazing work being done to roll this vaccine out really does inspire hope. “My mum is in her 80s and this vaccine is the key that will allow me, and so many others with elderly relatives, to go and give her a hug and get back to some sort of normal.”
