MARTINSBURG — Nicholas P. Roberts, 29, Elma, was cited by the Lewis County Sheriff’s Office with four violations following a snowmobile crash on Rector Road in the town of Martinsburg
Deputies said Nicholas P. Roberts, of Elma, Erie County, was eastbound on Rector Road at about 10:42 p.m. Feb. 19 when he failed to negotiate a curve and his 2023 Polaris snowmobile crash into a tree. Deputies said Roberts left the area and was taken to another location, where medical crews responded and took him to University Hospital in Syracuse for treatment.
