WFSU Local Routes First Commerce Credit Union & Secure Records Solutions To Host FREE Community Shred Day April 22 First Commerce Credit Union is partnering with Secure Records Solutions to help residents clean out their paper clutter and shred sensitive documents during a free Drive Thru Community Shred Day on Thursday, April 22. The Shred Day will take place from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. at First Commerce’s Westside office located at 1460 Capital Circle NW. During the Drive Thru Community Shred Day, paper-based documents will be accepted for free with a limit of 3 boxes or bags per person. There is no need to remove staples, paper clips or file folders. In addition, secure destruction of hard drives and recycling of electronics will be provided for a fee payable on-site. During the event, Secure Records Solutions and First Commerce will be taking extra safety precautions due to COVID-19. Record Solutions LLC and Depo Holdings LLC filed a complaint on Jan. 14 in Harris County District Court against Merten Rice, Drew Murr and Tyler Stillwell; alleging breach of employment agreement and tortious interference with contract. In 2018, Record Solutions, a subsidiary of Depo Holdings, acquired the record collection business Legal Monkeys LLC, where the defendants were employed; the complaint stated. The plaintiffs allege that the defendants then came to work for Record Solutions, with Rice signing an employment agreement that prohibited him from working
