Scott County Sheriff Randy Shores won t face accomplice to battery charges if he completes training in use of force, advanced use of force and the duty to intervene in excessive use of force engagements, a judge ruled Wednesday.
The state resolved its criminal case against a former Waldron police officer it charged in connection with the use of force during an arrest last year.
