Penn State Transportation Services has released information on parking, traffic and transit impacts related to the Central Pennsylvania Festival of the Arts, to be held on the University Park campus and in downtown State College from Wednesday, July 13, through Sunday, July 17.
To accommodate the many vehicles arriving on campus during the fall semester student arrival period, parking adjustments will be in place beginning Monday, Aug. 16, through Sunday, Aug. 22, at University Park.

Several Penn State parking lots will be closed unit Sunday due to vehicle loading. University department vehicles cannot be parked in these areas either for the remainder of the week.
The parking lots available for vehicle loading are Brown E, Green C, and Green N, Orange B (Softball), Yellow J, Yellow T, and East Deck’s ground level. Those with parking permits in these areas are required to park in designated alternative lots.
Alternatives for Brown E, Green C, and Green N are Nittany Deck, Eisenhower Deck, Jordan East, or Stadium West. The parking alternatives for Orange B (Softball) are any other Orange lot, Jordan East, or Stadium West. Yellow J and Yellow T’s alternatives are Eisenhower Deck, Jordan East, Or Stadium West.
