We write on behalf of the Mental Health Clinicians Action Network of Connecticut (MHCAN-CT), a multidisciplinary group of mental health professionals aiming to improve access to mental health care by bridging the gaps between clients, clinicians in private practice, legislators, governing bodies, and insurance companies. Since the COVID-19 pandemic, we have been advocating for permanent pay parity for telehealth services as well as more power to hold insurance companies accountable for meeting the standard of care. We as providers are prohibited from organizing or unionizing, which impedes our ability to advocate and be heard by some of our governing bodies as well as the insurance companies. Solar Array Project Eyed Near Jamestown Airport | News, Sports, Jobs

etichy@post-journal.com Two solar arrays on adjoining parcels of land are being proposed off North Main Street Extension in the town of Ellicott. The project was discussed recently by the town Planning/Zoning Board. Google Maps A New York-based company is eyeing 50 acres of land in the town of Ellicott to place solar panels in two arrays. The project, sought on 96 total acres on two adjoining parcels of land near the Chautauqua County-Jamestown Airport on North Main Street Extension, is currently in the preliminary stages. Rebecca Toner with Storke Renewables LLC of Springwater, N.Y., spoke briefly in December to the Ellicott Planning/Zoning Board to outline the project. She said Storke Renewables is looking to lease the land, located at 3365 N. Main St. Ext. and behind Jamestown Advanced Products.
