Hi, good afternoon. Im jeff [speaker not understood], im the new director of Housing Services for the arc. I just wanted to talk a little bit why this project is so important to us. You know, in the last five years, our ability to place persons in independent living situations has dropped by about 80 and there are really not any other options in San Francisco right now. When our clients need to leave where theyre currently living, they basically get shipped out of the city into a group home pretty far away from here, away from their friends and their families. So, also living situations are probably one of the biggest roadblocks to getting employment also for our clients. So, haight street is an opportunity not only to improve the lives of 17 people, but also to kind of help them with their thanks. To help them with their goal of becoming tax paying citizens which they pretty much all want. So, thank you. Thank you very much. Any other members of the public wish to comment on item numb

We a thats why with the mission bay fire last year because of the
Currently subject to an existing notice of violation and a directors hearing that we need to abate and we do have sort of a bit of an issue that we need to take care of to clean up that matter before the property could be disposed of by lease or sale. Okay. The immediate next steps. I think that we need to do is we can bring this back in four to six weeks with some more explanation so that we can feel a little better informed before we make any sort of decision in terms of an action item would that be okay with the commissioners . Does that work with your schedule . If you like to set it at 6 weeks, by then i can come back with a formal appraisal. So we have a third party, that is updated and we can look at both. And you are going to ask them to run the financial on the lease scenario and on the purchase scenario, and that is six week time frame to give me time to bring that back to you and i think that we will have a much better data to make a better decision. That is great. And these
