the bay and at the atlantic beaches in the mid-60s. in the mountains of west virginia and western maryland this morning in the upper 50s in many locations. later today we will soar to the mid-90s with unhealthy air quality during the afternoon hours. we ll have more of the same on wednesday and lots of sunshine. then thursday we may see a few high clouds coming in from the south as earl approaches the atlantic seaboard. then on friday, we may have quite a bit of cloudiness from earl, but looks like it will be 100 to 150 miles away from us. come close to the atlantic beaches enough to have heavy surf and few outer bands of rain there. let s check the traffic on this tuesday morning. how is it looking? we re looking pretty good so far. good morning, everyone. no worries interstate 66 coming in through vienna towards the capitol beltway and traffic getting to this point moving along nicely. light volume on the westbound side. we ll head up along the 270 corridor, southbound fr
